3:00 PRIMAL RAAAAAGE! Chaos' level. More importantly, thank you for this demo. I'm hoping it works with the clean "lowest" suboctave from a BOSS OC-5 (The Synth9 does not, but the monophonic SYB-5 does, so this might behave like the latter). Thanks again!

haha...pandemic kind of put a stop to live bass playing activities...so no, haven't used it much since!

Use a compressor before the mono synth for playing faster 👍

I have used various synths and envelope filters over the years, and I consistently find running a compressor post the synth/filter does wonders for controlling the trigger dynamics. Very thorough and unbiased demo....thanks for that!!

Sure, it works. The sensitivity is fast enough to follow a faster percussive playing, and it goes quiet when you mute the bass as well. It doesn't output the same kind of volume transient as a bass slap. Sounds more like stabbing at a keyboard I'd say.
