This is the best video demonstration I've seen of this pedal so far. Kind of wish this approach was used to demonstrate settings all of the time. Since he repeated the bass line back to back you could hear the impact clearly. And honestly the pedal hasn't sounded so good in other demo videos, so I'm not sure if that's the pedal or just KZbinrs not knowing how to work with the gear well enough.

Nice review. A great feature of this pedal is that using the quarter inch output as a headphone jack to practice quietly works fantastic. It’s an easy way to tweak the exact tone.

well, the right side has a 1/4" dry output and there's two effected outputs on the left side, so you can't separate the distortion without separating the EQ but it does have options

Lovely Review. HAHAHAHA That setup! As if the Bass isn't enough of a THUNDER MOUNTAIN for you! I think they are vastly underrated. I would love one just so I can conquer my Neighborhood. I am sure they would come bearing gifts simply to avoid sonic slaughter. and you added a Peavy combo...ballsy.

So,if you wanna go di with just a rack/di pedal you’ll plug the Xlr into a Powered studio monitor/powered PA speaker so your signal chain will be bass-pre amp-monitor
