Yeah, this pedal is interesting but let's get real for second: you are an ASTOUNDING talent! Maybe the most original, technical and clean yet full of power and bite, bassist I have seen in years. Could you EQ to get the low end back, or is the switch blade necessary to get that sound? I like this clarity but you get the fuzz. Usually I find most fuzz on bass loosing clarity.

Be careful. Test one if you can. You could hand Nate the shittiest pedal imaginable and he could make it sound good. Nate also mentions utilizing the Switchblade Pro. Without low passing the low end past the fuzz, it would probably have severely destroyed the bottom end and sounded wimpy. Also look at the DSM and Humboldt Bass Simplifier for a way to split signal.

​@@NateNavarro hi Nate, great video demonstration 😊, as Christian asked, it's a question about your play style at certain parts, i get you use you nails in the strumming part, but do you use just your thumb or finger when your really going for it then suddenly use your slap technique when you slow down? I've noticed some people saying how good you are at switching from pick to slap at such speed, but I don't see any pick plus I use my fingers somtimes in fast riffs if its going to slow down into slap as my nails actually curve round to the shape of my fingers so I can't cut them down like most people, but it does give me my own sound, so do you use a pick in this video? If so it would be great for you to do a technique video on how you do it please, loving the channel, much love to you & your family 😊
