I bought one used about a year ago. Worth every penny. If you’re looking more for the pumpkins sound though there is the orange one they collabed with Billy Corgan on. Either way, this totally gets the job done!

I just bought mine. I only had a tiny spot left on my board and needed a good fuzz, couldn't find one that small with the tone I needed. Discovered this and all of my fuzz dreams have come true! All of the muff tone at a fraction of the size. A beautiful, beautiful pedal!

I have many Big Muffs and this beats all its bigger brothers and the op-amp,however the Tall Font Green Russian variant of the circuit is my favorite-So the Nano Big Muff and Way Huge’s Russian Pickle are on my boards.I like your guys’ Green Russian reissue,but not as big fan of the Bubble Font. For consumers if you like the NYC Muff this is the best one.

I own a Nano Big Muff Pi for several days now. And, man, this ROCKS! It's exactly the sound I ever looked for. For myself I call it the "STIHL chainsaw guitar tone". It was hard to put the the Nano Big Muff Pi on my pedal board, for it was actually full packed with stomp boxes. But no doubt that i would have kicked off some pedal to get the space to place the Big Muff!

I have a Nano Big Muff.....My first distortion pedal was the very first Big Muff...it didn't even have a 9v plug in...adapters weren't invented yet. Point is the Nano is a bit quieter...but otherwise it is about the same. For those who have heard the ever sacred tone of the Sovtek Green jobbie buy the Nano Bass big muff....it is scary how close it ison guitar.

When I went to pick up mine, I AB'd with the normal sized big muff. The nano is a tad more compressed and has quite a bit more presence, which is good when you add a bass and drums. Add an eq pedal and you got yourself a plethora of fuzzy tones.

Ehx, have you ever thought about making a reissue of the v4/v5 op amp? Thats the best muff imo since its the real pumpkins tone. You guys could make a killing off selling those and you could solve the large footprint factor by putting them in the smaller encloser.

It really is the same as the original. The only thing I don't like about it is the Tone knob is a little close to the foot switch. Sometimes when I go to click it my foot will move the tone knob and messes with my settings.

They are just being built now so should be in the UK soon. This sounds just like the big box Muff. Dont forget parts have a 5/10% tolerance.

Great pedal/demo ! But 2 things : -Bill, you were the first demonstrator to make "non-speaking" demo, with written info to just listen how the pedal sounded. If you don't mind, it was better ! -Why the "www.ehx.com" on the pedal instead of "Made in NYC" ? It was a better selling argument, no ?

Haven't bought yet, but I have a feeling I'm going for the Tone Wicker, the wicker switch effectively acts as a mid boost, which saves on having to mid boost it with another pedal. It's just closer to the tones I'm looking for!

Russian has less gain and has a better pick attack. The nano muff has more midrange and more gain but is less loud. I'd go for the nano muff
