Hello, i can ask place to buy whole handheld unit for pq-91alrgy ? In general in Poland there is a problem with accessing to those parts. I have problems with batteries, they are lasting for very short time (model bought at 2019 year)

Hi, I changed the nozzle, as this stopped working, but it's still no power to the nozzle (no light or rotation). I opened the unit and checked connections but still no power to nozzle. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, best is to measure motor and batteries first. Usually motor is dead after vacuuming water.

Hi, it seems like main board issue, does LED blink when you turn it on? First things first, measure charger (voltage), ok? Then disassemble handheld unit and measure connectivity and voltage of battery pack, if motor is bad then LED blink at least… so charger then battery check, if both things are ok then it is 100% pcb. Did you have that vacuum cleaner unplug too long? Or did you let it on charging station with no electricity (during holidays?) Hi! Is the battery pack spot welded? My PQ9's battery weakened considerably over time (it's been 3 or 4 years as I have it) and I'm thinking about replacing cells, but I don't have the equipment to spot weld and I need to know beforehand if I have to look around for someone to do the welding. Also do you think replacing old 18650 2100 mAh cells with new 3500 mAh is safe?

Hi, yes, cells are spot welded in plastic holder. It is safe, there is BMS module, but there is still risk that module will not last long (because of age - same for motor plastic parts). Dont know how much will you pay for battery cells only, but at these days you can buy entire handheld unit from new model for around 100€ (new motor, PCB module, battery pack, dust container, filters). And in case you will replace stick from PQ9 to Electrolux600 you will be able to use electric powerMop with this new handheld unit. I recommend upgrading to ES62 and keep the parts from the old handheld unit.

@@proexservis Thanks for reply. I can get 7 tested cells with 3250-3500 mAh capacity for like 20 euro. I don't know yet how much for replacing. From what I know original cells are 2100 mAh so it might be worth replacing old ones to get like 50% more operating time.

@@kamilblk usually they charge around 50€ for battery replacement (with batteries), for me it is better to take entire handheld unit which cost me 55€ if I subtract the filters (15€) and the dust container (30€) from the price 🫰

Hi, it could be contact between hand unit and turbo nozzle, check connection. Or it could be damaged cable in nozzle (most of the time the cable is cut in the part where the nozzle bends). Does that nozzle start & stop or it doesnt work at all?

@@proexservis Hello. I'm having the same problem. Like you said, the cable is cut in the part where the nozzle bends. When the angle of the nozzle reaches 90 degrees, it operates briefly. Can you tell me how to fix this cable? I tried to disassemble the nozzle, but it didn't work out.

@@elano4721 which model? If it is damaged in an accesible place then you can connect it with new one, but if not then it is simpler (I repaired few of these nozzles but once I spent 60-80minutes to replace damaged part and it didnt help) and sometimes it is cheaper to replace entire nozzle…

Didnt see your reply. Probably electronic board fault, if motor doesnt start. Or battery fault, hard to tell without testing. Buy whole hand unit: 4055483749 and you dont need to solder anything. Or buy hand unit from newer model (it is compatible and you get 25.2V battery instead of 21.6V) - 140242265092

@@proexservis I now opened and took out the circuit board with battery, left it out for a day and then installed it and it charged once then wont charge again and blinks as if low on battery

Hi, no light? Cannot be turned on inside the stick or handheld unit alone? Best option is to measure motor and batteries, 2x T10 screws in back and you are able to check/measure all parts. It can be problem of pcb only, but maybe battery died

@@immattatron601 if it does not charge or light up, then 4055483319 must be replaced. or you can replace whole handheld unit 140242265092 (it is cheaper if you add new motor and battery to that price). если он не заряжается и не загорается, то 4055483319 необходимо заменить. или вы можете заменить весь портативный блок 140242265092 (это дешевле, если вы добавите к этой цене новый двигатель и аккумулятор).
