Electrolux Washing Machine Diagnostics Menu Time Manager - EWF12832 - EWF14822 - EWF14922

How to enter the diagnostics mode on Electrolux Time Manager EWF12832, EWF14822 and EWF14922 washing machine.
To enter the diagnostics mode on your Electrolux washing machine turn on the machine and make sure the first cycle light is selected.
Press and hold the start button and the button above the start button for a few seconds until lights start to randomly flash.
Once in the diagnostics cycle, use the dial to test each individual component.
Position 1: Lights test.
Position 2: Door should lock and Wash water valve will activate and fill water into Main-Wash compartment.
Position 3: Pre-Wash water valve will fill the pre-wash compartment.
Position 4: Both wash and Pre-Wash solenoids will activate and fill the conditioner compartment.
Position 5: Not applicable on this model.
Position 6: Not applicable on this model.
Position 7: Water will fill above the heater, circulation pump will activate and the heater will turn on. Water temperature will be displayed on the screen. If you see the water temperature going up, this means your heater and thermostat are working.
Position 8: Water will fill and drum will rotate 55 RPM clockwise and 250 RPM anticlockwise. The number on the screen needs to be multiplied by 10 to get the actual drum speed. This tests the tub for leaks.
Position 9: Tests the spin cycle. Drum will rotate at maximum speed. Drum speed will be displayed on the screen. The number on the screen needs to be multiplied by 10 to get actual drum speed.
Position 10: Not applicable on this model.
Position 11: Last stored error code in memory. To clear the code simultaneously press the start and button above the start for few seconds. Visit our website to find out the meaning of the fault code: appliancefault...
To exit the diagnostics mode, turn off the machine, turn it back on and then turn it off again.

help please my water through the dispenser is only trickling through? explains why the detergent still remains in the soap dispenser after a wash? could this be an issue with the water valve?

when performing the diagnostic test, the sequence stopped since the beginning while only green light is on. mine is classic lux 263i model. could please suggest something? Apreciating your respons.

What happens if this machine will not turn on? Like, it goes inactive/off by itself after a wash, then pressing the power button, normally the panel lights up, but now, it's not lighting up or getting any activity at the panel.. I have the Electrolux EWF 12832

Hi, my machine starts the wash ok, goes through the cycles, drains the water and then when it gets to the rinse part, it (when using the “Mixed” wash setting) hangs on 38 minutes for about 5 minutes and then displays the E10 error. It also does the same thing on any wash cycle when it gets to the rinse part… I then have to hit the start/play button again and it’ll hang on 38 minutes again for another 5 minutes then display E10 error again. The I hit the start/play button again and it will start filling up with water to start the rinse cycle and then completes the rest of the wash ok…. I have cleaned out the drain plug, I have checked the pipe on the water level sensor and the filter on the intake is clean. would you have any idea what the issue might be? Thanks in advance

USER TIP - Open the door at the bottom of the machine, unscrew cap to remove filter and give it a clean Also do a wash cycle with descaling water (set to hot temp) to give the machine a flush out.
