There is an error in that diagram actually in frist complex intermembrane space 4H are released and in 4th complex 2H are relased in intermembrane space but he wrote oppositely so evrybody check that.....

As per recent studies on mitochondrial ETS, it was discovered that complex I and complex lll pumps 4 protons and complex lV pumps 2 protons in to perimitochondrial space while transferring 2 electrons. This is due to the activities of ubiquinones operating in complex l and lll.

Ya sir is wrong for every 2electon transfered from fmn to fe-s there will be 2 proton from matrix to intermembrane space .then from fe_s to ubiqinone 2electon will be tranfered during this again 2 proton will be form matrix to inter membrane space .2 electron will atract 2 proton to that only every 2 electron transfer form matrix to space.
