Electronic load with 3055's

Discharging a batt pack, testing a power supply, i always did it with a car-lamp, or other things. Last month find two old heat-sinks with 2N3055's on it. Well 3055 i had plenty, from the good old times. Testing with a power Fet, ended in - blowing it up! And why so difficult, my need is not in kilo Watt's - but at best 200W or so. Why not back to the 70's. Not an expert, i wrote a small program for the Arduino - found also in the Junck-box, and yes, this is what i needed. From 1,5V to 60V - and from milli-Amp's to 60Amp. But 3600W (60x60), no that's not possible with this set-up...
