Hey Dave I want to change the battery put the new battery in and I can't get the battery to lay flat if you can help that would be wonderful it won't close if the battery won't lay flat Ugh! We have a Sentinel Safe.

Can you replace the part that snaps on the battery...mine broke on one of the sides of the battery.

I changed my battery and now i can reprogram it. why didnt you finish the set up.

I have this safe and have changed the battery three times in 3 days. The red light shows right away and then the next day is dead. I’ve never had this happen before. I usually have to change it once or twice a year. Any ideas what can be wrong?
