Hello Stewart, thank you for this video. I just have 1 question, though. Say I want some sort of identification for each document that I send so it can help me with my month-end reports. I want to label each document that I send if it's from department A or Department B, so on and so forth, and for how much is the contract, and from what region or country the contract is.

Update: Hi again. I just noticed that it may be because I have "Advanced Editing" on, but there's no little toggle option to turn it off. Do you know another way I might be able to turn off "Advanced Editing"? Thank you. Hi Stewart, thank you for the tutorial. I have a question for you. Might you know why I do not have a floating toolbar? In the video, when you get to the stage where you add signatures, you say that you can just click on the document wherever to place it. And, your cursor looks like a little box with a plus. But when I get to that stage, my cursor is just the regular arrow and when I click on the document, nothing happens. I don't get a little floating dropdown. Do you know why that might be and if I can change something to make it so? Thank you.

Hi Not sure if this will be answered but dropping it here. I'm trying to add a text field in a template/document in Adobe Sign. However, I want the text to look where each letter/character fits in a section. the template has this comb look section. Would you know how I can set that up? Thank you!

Stewart, A couple of questions. 1. Can you collect images in a field, such as a photo of the signer's ID? I didn't see "image" as an option anywhere in your field choices. 2. If you have many documents over the years that are returned and signed, is there a folder or directory system within Acrobat online so you can put contracts for a certain property in one folder, and the contracts for another in a different folder. 3. I have a bunch of PDFs created from Adobe InDesign files that already have defined fields (complex templates with many signature, information, and initial fields). Does this online service from Adobe recognize those pre-defined fields, or do I have to create them all over for each document inside of the online-platform?

1. I do not think you can, however, you can request that the signer attaches and emails you a copy. 2. You can upload you documents and mange those inside Acrobat online, yes. 3. This depends on the document file type. I suggest uploading and testing these forms out from both ends to see if the functionality remains the same.

I want each signer on their own document, not multiple signatures on one document. How can I add a generic signature block and send out to 20 people at once? Great video stewart, can you explain how to change the date format when adding the date next to the signature. Im in the UK I need not DD/MM/YYYY Adobe sign seems to be set to MM/DD/YYYY but with no way to change it?
