HI, I have a Lenovo L380 and I am just learning how diagnose my laptop watching your Videos. In front of the USB power plug it has a Mosfet but the number on it stays 1185R Can't seem to locate it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Hi engineers!!! Balanced power plan fixes the battery, if the cpu speed is set to 50%, and the vga and pci express is set to energy saving max . It will pump - to the +, deliberately to reach 1% hibernation. The function may be inactive, when you buy a battery or laptop. To enable this function, you have to discharge in Windows 10x, and 1x in Bios. You have to do this about 5x in energy saving mode, that is 55 charges before this effect may take place. All charges are logged in the chip of the battery, and the elite functions will be enabled for all brands of laptops. The benefit is, that the laptop will be fully healthy, and no mistake will happen even n ac online, without the battery inserted. Performance will be much higher, fan speed will remain silent.
