Can I ask... how do you manage to live and function with your nails? Do the tips break or come off often or anything like that? Or do you find gel x are less likely to break?

I haven't had one break on me and I've been using them for nearly three years. It seems hard but surprisingly you'll get use to the length rather quickly !

@@ariiana.nicole That's amazing! I'm not using gel x, I'm using gel designs over natural nails (not as strong) and every now and then a tip will break off. I take it you're soaking yours off every so often to reapply a new set?

Yes! I do my nails usually four times a month for content purposes. Two-three are usually with a peel off base, one soak off in acetone and sometimes I'll do press on nails with regular glue or sticky tabs. I use to do gel over natural nails years ago and they would break off within hours of me taking the gel polish off. Gel x has been working really well for me. Next I'll be trying hard gel manicures and see if I like them 😊

@@ariiana.nicole I'm using builder gel and layering, like what you're doing in your videos. I've also had harder UV cured gel, acrylic, SNS. I find this gel more fun and easier to work with. To be honest I don't know now anyone manages with long nails without constant breaking, bumping etc.
