I can't honestly say it's been healthier than glue, but since I've started using gel extensions my nails grow and retain length much better than ever before. I strongly feel that it's because my natural nails have been covered and not "exposed" if you will and I'm clumsy😂 I drop things bump into things OFTEN. As far as acrylic nails, I have never used them because I couldn't handle the smell of monomer and get migraines really easily😭 gel extensions haven't caused any migraines for me this far ☺️ Hope this helps ❤️💕

How are you able to wipe overflowed gel before curing? As soon as I let go of the extension to clean up it’s starts to move around but yours doesn’t seem to. Is it cos of gel you used?

Since the glue isn’t as runny, the extension is able to stay in place while I clean. Gel glues that have a medium to high viscosity work best for this❤
