This webinar is a great resource for electrical engineers who need to perform accurate HV cable rating calculations to IEC 60287. Jayson Patrick does an excellent job of explaining the concepts and demonstrating them with examples. He also covers the changes and differences between IEC 60287 and the guidance points provided in the new CIGRE TB 880 (2022), as well as the improved 3-core armour loss calculations in the new CIGRE TB 908 (2023). I highly recommend this webinar to anyone who needs to stay up-to-date on the latest HV cable rating calculation standards.
