it has 120Hz refresh rate for gaming and scrolling/navigation. movies are less than 60Hz frame rate. It is the least expensive 65” UHD with 120Hz refresh rate i could find and name brands like Sony price double that or more!

I just scored a 50" For Element Xumo tv on the Cyber Monday sale on the Walmart app. The 65" was available at first but it quickly said it was unavailable. I wanted the smaller one anyhow. The 50" is $198 on the Walmart app right now until they sell out or the cyber Monday sale ends. The 65" was $298 just in case it becomes available again.

It's not true 120hz it's just the software without the hardware sort of speak..all that would be turned off for game mode and runs fine

120hz at 1440p. Not 4k change your graphic settings to 1440p (2k) and then select 120hz.

HDMI 2.0 is 120 at 1440p not 4k. Switch you PC or system settings to 1080p or 1440 and then you will be able to change to 120hz. 😊

For $300 I dared to go where no man has gone before. “No Ragrets”. So far it is surprisingly putting my $650 55” LG & $200 32” Philips to shame. Both of those had extremely clunky interfaces that had major lag. It currently has a 4.9 star rating at Meijer.com out of 70 reviews. But I’d say most of those reviews are fake. While it’s not winning any TV spec Olympics over here, it’s not a bad little tv to watch the evening news on. lol

You probably got a faulty one. I got a 75 inch Roku Element TV and it's been working smooth for 2 yrs without no issues.
