I had a client who I tested like 8 blog grid plugins and had to settle for one eventually because they all sucked. THIS capability was only exclusive to website builders like WIX. Now elementor has it, and I'm going crazy over it!! Combine this with ACF, and the sky is the limit with post grids!!! Thank you Elementor!

Loop grid has been my favorite new Elementor feature in the last couple of years. It changed and improved so much in my workflow too!

Hello JEFF , this video is excellent, I've been using loop grid and carrosuel for a while, but I wonder, what happens with the query exclude posts? Let's see if you can help me, for example, I have created a true/false ACF for the featured posts, so I designed a template with loop item elementor (loop grid), then on my page they would be displayed with a category query , and so far so good, but I want to exclude posts with acf value = 1, how can I do that ? , with an advanced custom query for elementor, I can select to display the post with this condition ( ACF = o different from 0, but not exclude it from this query. Any ideas?

Hey @kshitij that’s a great question! I did learn how to code first before I learned WordPress and it’s been a huge advantage for building Elementor sites. I do believe and highly recommend for all web designers to learn HTML and CSS. It’s important to know and understand how a website works. We are lucky today we have tools like Elementor that allows us to get started faster building websites and making a living and that’s great. But to get better at our craft and become a professional, we need to keep learning. HTML isn’t that difficult to learn. CSS is an ongoing process but so important. By learning HTML and CSS, you can do and fix most things on a website. I started learning with free courses on Codecademy and then I just kept practicing. I great exercise I used to do while learning was building a landing page with just HTML and CSS. If you can get that down then you’ll remove most limitations when designing and building websites.

Does anyone know why I am not able to view "loops" in the dashboard of Elementor, features? Because it's not there I am not able to turn it to "active" and therefore not able to make a taxonomy filter with a loop.

The Loop option isn’t in features anymore because it’s automatically turned on. As long as you’re using Elementor Pro version, go to your widgets and search loop, then the loop grid widget should be there

I have a question regarding this: How can i add the "post link" into the Loot template, I haven't found it yet.

In your elements (image, heading, buttons, etc,) select the dynamic icon in the link and choose ‘post url’ - that will make the link dynamic to the post

@@LytboxStudio I really hope so.. Bricks is putting more pressure on with every new update. That latest one "Element Conditions" is huge. I hope Elementor is looking at what Bricks is doing with the Containers and working out how they can do something similar or better. With Bricks, the different container types and element layout defaults are just brilliant.

Great. So all the issues I’m having with containers I’ve got to wait further weeks until they roll out a separate feature to hosted users, before I can finally get the container updates!? I wanted to ask you today how Loop Builder allows you to place products and create a carousel of these elements with Loop Grid, however it is not possible to place the Image Flipping effect (by hovering the image changes to what you have as a gallery of this product ), if you could help me with how to do it in some way, I would really appreciate it. They are a little late to the game with this one, so I don''t see this being mature like jetengine for example (Customisations, query builders etc.) any time soon, But for simpler project and for the most people it's good not have to use and pay for additional plugins, let's see where will it go! Editing the loop right on the website is great, jetengine also implemented that not long ago. The competition is always better for us users!
