Elementor Pro Conditionals

Hi there, can you please help? I am using the free version of the Events Calendar and Elementor Pro. Unfortunately I cannot open the Elementor Pro Builder to work on particular events anymore. Can you help to fix that issue? Elementor Support says, that you can help. Months ago, this wasn’t a problem at all. Thanks so much in advance!
