i studied abroad in amsterdam for 7 months during 2020 and i miss it and europe every single day. everything about european summers are gorgeous, literally nothing compares. i'm going back to europe this summer and these vlogs are making me so excited!

My sister and I went to Antibes in 2018 and had a similar experience at Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. We walked all the way up there and decided to not go in because they were not very welcoming to us from the gate. Instead we took a left turn just before the hotel and walked down a narrow road to the water and found the most perfect little public beach. No one was there and we felt like we were on a private island. Very memorable.

I started watching your videos about a year and a half ago when I ran across an old Europe vlog of yours that is absolutely part of what inspired me to study abroad this semester as a senior in college from the US. I'm studying in Antibes until December and it was so surreal for me to see that you spent time in this place where I'm now living, and to recognize every single place you went, down to the prints shop, the grocery store and Choopy's :') This place is now my favorite in the whole world and I probably never would've made it here without you sharing your travel experiences in such a beautiful way

I’m living in Antibes, first I would say it’s a perfect place for strangers bc there is so much people who’s coming here and especially yachties hahah. BUT you went to the touristic places.. expensive of course and not the best.. if you want to drink the best coffee in Antibes you should go to Nomads Coffee this is an Austrian girl who opened this coffee shop 2 years ago now and she travelled a lot to see all the cultures of coffee and how it taste and how they make the coffee, it’s not like just drinking coffee and you don’t know we’re is from, you really know what you’re drinking in this place. After if you like good wine and good local food (not things from big markets) you should try Jeanne, two sisters open that place 5 years ago now and they’re passionate of natural wine and good food, they’re working with people they know, the fish is from Antibes, the beer too, the cheese too or sometimes they’re travelling in Italy so they take good cheese from Italy; he wine from all around the France most of the wine are from their friends and even them they’re doing their own wine! And if you like to party and meet people well the Hopstore is THE classic I mean it’s just a pub but everybody goes there.

I went on my first solo backpacking trip this autumn and I was in Antibes absolutely incredible (and expensive 😬) but my favrioute part was meeting ho lui if you go again try look for his art works he’s a sculpture and has 600 hidden in the old town he works in the old city drawing people that walk by and is extremely friendly I would go sit with him often to draw it was a great ambience I felt like I got the Côte d’Azur experience despite my very small Budget (Also anyone planning on going make sure you buy your groceries from Intermarché and anti gaspillage super cheappppp ) and avoid bars and markets right next to the beach they up the price loads
