@@Per-Olovkindgren Dearest Per-Olov I hadn't thought about your writings which accompanied the release of your first CD "After Silence", I think I wasn't born :) So I learned by listening to you and a little, a lot with a certain form of meditative practice. This is the exercise that is proposed on the John Cage video , 4.33'' sitting in front of a piano, a pair of glasses, a musical livret, an hourglass and we are as if suspended!! Worse, we don't come back down even though the pianist leaves. It’s probably daring but so brilliant. Thank you for introducing it to me.
