I can attest to the short girl strategies. I use them myself. I avoided belts altogether until I figured out that a thinner, minimally exposed belt works for me. So many great tips, Michelle. Thank you!

Hi Michelle, this video is incredibly educational. I need to watch it a few times to digest all the looks. New to me was the belted cardigans, nudes heels and the pushed up sleeves, as well as the wrapped dresses I have always been hesitant to try. Thank you for the hard work you put into these posts and the loving, positive messages you present front and center. Our parade yesterday was a huge success. My friend advertised it on a few social media places and about 50 dogs in amazing costumes showed up. There were families dressed in themes, my 7 year old neighbor did the judging, we had a great time. I do not have Instagram, unfortunately. I thank you for staying in touch as you do. I appreciate.

Looking back at photos before I lost weight I noticed how much bigger I looked in anything shiny. Satin, sequins, shiny materials of all types made me look at least 20-30 pounds heavier. Tunics & any garments that didn’t show my waist, big as it was, made me look even bigger. I now have an “apron”, which is the abdominal skin that hangs down after weight loss. I wear undergarments to help reduce the look of it, and I wear belts or high waisted slacks & skirts with my top tucked in, in the front. I try to share links for exact items if I can find them, but I try to at least have similar Items linked. I try to help people restyle outfits with pieces they already own and then add pieces to their wardrobe when they feel they need it. I feel like alot of you-tubers, push sales alot. And I don't want people to feel like they have to spend alot of money to look good.
