Update from Orcam. With the latest software update (9.15), the Orcam devices can now read upside down! That means that when using the stand, you can have the document facing toward you which feels more natural. The stand is also now reduced in price to $100, and a different speaker is being offered due to quality issues with the one discussed in this video. The new speaker options are either wired or Bluetooth, at an additional $29 or $59 respectively.

You can with some models use the voice controls rather than pushing the start button.
