For those that don't understand, living in tropics, you need the empty space underneath to avoid floodwaters going thru your living areas. I would remove 3rd bedroom and have a slimline laundry, giving more space for the 2nd bedroom or living room. BBQ area instead of ground floor laundry, or slimline storage for garden tools.

nice! i think it's perfect for areas which is flood-prone! this is actually good layout, depending on the users requirement still but then again, I Love the layout as it maximizes the space so there will be rooms to accommodate a medium size family. Good job! The design motif is very cozy also! love to relax on the porch especially in the morning drinking your coffee and having a chat with your loveone.🎉❤

The laundry downstairs outside. Why would you do this? All those stairs trucking down your laundry totally impractical. You couldn't find space for the laundry in over a thousand square feet!

This was obviously designed by a person who has no concept of house chores. Don't get me wrong, the exterior design is gorgeous. The floor plan sucks as hell.

A nice home for a tropical area. Unfortunately, that’s where it stops. Washer/dryer combo outside on the foundation pad is a horrible design flaw. Assuming 4 lived in this home, children’s bedrooms are too small for toys and play, master is way too tight a space as well. Bathrooms are both great. Living/dining/kitchen areas are also too small to accommodate 4 people and throw in guests…HA! Kitchen has no counter prep space. Horrible floor plan.

As a Floridan I thought the same thing. Enlarge the house footage to added more space in the living area.
