For some locations, they should pay more for cheaper land by building larger. That is the purpose of cheaper land. Ground level should have disposables. Car should be on floating pontoon so that it can go up with the floods and boat should be on the roof garden so that people can go with the floods. City boys don't understand anything other than mickey-mouse sizes. City boys cannot be architechs.
