Hello Coach Donny, apart from the games, and the coaching - I really appreciate the life lessons that you are trying to impart throughout the vlogs and channel overall. Its very wholesome, and I think people who listen closely to you, does not only become better player, but hopefully a better more rounded person as well. :) Thanks Coach

2:43 it looks like you do jump set inside 3m line, isnt it supposed to be fault? Or is it just camera angle

When it comes to coaching new players do you think its better to teach them simply how to play their positions or emphasize just teaching them volleyball. i'm a new coach and I've been struggling to find which one to teach my highschool kids. On one hand I feel like teaching them how to play their position is good in the short run but I dont feel like I'm preparing them for varsity in where the may switch up positions and the mental game of the sport.

I'm not a coach but I feel like teaching them how to be better overall is better for them in the long run, just as you already stated. When their fundamentals of serve receive, spiking and setting are on an acceptable level, then specialize on learning one skill.
