Super deep squad. Massively talented guards and more truly talented bigs than any year since Morgan and Stewie. If Geno decides to deploy full court D a lot, then Huskies will simply wear a lot of teams down.

We haven’t seen anything yet. Team is just starting to consistently move on offense and our bigs are gonna be a major problem for opposing teams ( when was the last time Geno could say his team has multiple talented bigs?). Unbelievable deep team. Just wore USF down.

USF is a good team & they are well-coached. UCONN has some ladies who can drain it. This game featured Paige being Page, Ice being Ice, Chen being Chen, Strong being real Strong,, Samuels proving that she's a gunner, Chelli finding the net, & Ashlyn Shade going berserk and shooting the lights out. Of course, Gino thought they could have done better.

She’s got that good quick drive and mid-range pull-up jumper from the left side. Opponents don’t expect her to do that so it’s usually wide-open for her.

Yes, I see it too, I don’t know how she got faster, but she looks much faster, and her reflexes are much quicker too, enabling her to get all those steals. It’s a crazy, good improvement, I think she’s the most improved over last year. I hope her shot keeps going in and she continues to get 15 or more points a game.

The team looks good. Freshmen still really getting the offensive sets under their belts. Strong is good but I don't see the grit in her yet. She will get there. If shade shot stays consistant she will open doors for the rest. They good right now but wait until they get hungry for it they will be a problem come march.

@@glarris1--Chen is really good, I’m glad we have her. She can drive to the basket and score, and she can pull up with a midrange jumper too. It’s great having all these quasi-point guards on the floor, like Paige, Chen, kk, Ashlynn. The scary thing aboutUConn is that Morgan, Allie, Jonah, and Sarah also handle ball and pass extremely well.
