The Nuke-Strategy of that Boss-Lady is BRAVE. I hope we have someone if the Situation calls for this. I would not ever want a Leader that lets an entire Species die because of 'London City Pride' or something. If there are other options, obviously, that's another story entirely, BUT IF the situation needs it, then of course it's good and even brave to sacrifice one nation. I would not want to die for London Pride or some shit like that. Weird Morality how the Doctor compares London to Gallifrey and the Nuke to a Galaxy-Destroyer - it's 2 totally different situations. What he did, yeah, that was a Question and discussing it is interesting - but not the Nuke under London that only goes off when Earth would die otherwise. No.

Even six years later, I still consider this one of the most fun episodes of Doctor Who I've seen in the modern era of the show. Smith and Tennant have such amazingly fun chemistry together that I find myself fervently hoping there's another reunion episode in the near future! Smith really showcases how hyper and energetically boy-ish Eleven is. "Ooh! He's cool! Isn't he cool? I'm the Doctor and I'm all cool! Whoops! I'm wearing SAND SHOES!!!" while he waves his arms about and at times LITERALLY runs away in circles. The War Doctor's later comment, "Are you capable of talking without flapping your arms?" pokes fun at this a bit, but also shows that, for whatever else Moffat's flaws were in his writing technique, he really understood the importance of each Doctor having his own mannerisms.

This is an exception: Their interaction doesn't result in events contradicting themselves, since the War Doctor and his next incarnation won't retain the memories. 11th's regeneration is the only one that actually made me cry. 10th's regeneration just bummed me out, a lot, since I felt he should of went out better than just a door. Same feeling with Amy and Rory when they got sent back in time for good after rescuing Rory from that same fate. I love that Ten puts on the hat, because it makes complete sense. An alien vortex opens and a hat falls out, then a lifeform emerges. The Doctor is thinking "why the hat?" maybe it serves some purpose. Maybe it helps with communicating. So what do you do with hats? You wear them. So first thing he does is put it on. Except for the fact that it doesn't help at all, serves no purpose, and just makes him look silly. That's so the Doctor.

I think the reason that 10 and 11 get along so well is because, unlike the previous times the Doctor ran into his other incarnations, they were no longer sick and tired of the “meddling” Time Lords. Now, despite friends who come and go, both are pretty extremely lonely, so instead of being annoyed, they are both basking in the delight of being with another Time Lord, even if they are technically the same Time Lord. If you notice, at first the War Doctor acts extremely annoyed by the whole business, the way classic Doctor’s would have.

Um, KILGRAVE! He's hands down the best and most chilling Marvel villain to date and S1 of Jessica Jones was OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH SO SO GOOD! Also - Alec from Broadchurch. Great show.Very powerful, and the chemistry with Olivia Coleman is perfect. I'd rank both of those above Barty Jr, which was basically a cameo.....but David's got such a long and wonderful list of varied characters and he is ALWAYS sublime. Never ever have I seen something where he was weak. Not to mention his stage prowess......honestly one of the greatest working actors of his generation imo.
