Its way better than the crappy 1st game. Dialogues and npc interactions have way more depth. Every game mechanic and graphics were improved. Its also more gothic like.

Wow. That's really efficient. No backtracking, and level 9 without ever picking up a weapon. I did most of the things in your last video about grabbing valuable stuff, and it took me 2 hours or so, and I skipped some of them because it was grabbing stuff that I don't use with my shotgun build. The basic shotgun is gained when you talk to Caja and she has you clean out the morkons that are close to the abandoned farm. That shotgun can be upgraded to almost 100 damage, and you can take on trolls with it, although it takes a dozen or so hits.

Thank you! Ya the shotgun seems very powerful. For myself with the Morkons, you can loot 3 grenades from a nearby house. So I herd them all together and can take them out with one toss

Heh, I love watching these. Sadly stopped playing Elex 2 myself due to a gamebreaking glitch that keeps happening to my saves, IE it's always auto-saving, and I'm not paying attention....so 5 hours go bye, I save and quit, come back the next morning and it says my save file doesn't exist....

oh no really?! What are you playing on? I saw in the settings that you can completely disable the auto-save feature. Maybe that would help? Just rely on manually saving every 10 minutes or so

@@LegendaryCarry I was playing on the PS5. To be honest, I'm thinking about switching to the PC for it at some point. Or maybe just biting the bullet and hopping back in. I love the game, awkward dialogue and combat included lol

@@Collslaw all of my content has been created on ps5, I’m shocked to hear what’s happening to you! I’d be so torn. If you haven’t tried it yet, I’d look at a full uninstall of the game and deleting the Elex 2 file in the systems save game data. Then reinstall and disable the auto save feature in the game, and try turning off the auto upload to cloud saves on the ps5 if it isn’t off already. - Perhaps all that would straighten it out. I really hope you can get back to enjoying the game without your saves crashing. And thanks for the sub! I’ll keep the content rolling as fast as I can

@@Collslaw ya it’s totally something I’d like to attempt. I love finding ways to eliminate back tracking and move quickly! (Like my method for the gas mines using the general remedy and health pot) :) Just gotta find enough short cuts like that throughout all the chapters!

You literally skipped the ONE thing I needed to know -- where is the secret entrance to get the ring? I've been looking for ages and no luck.

There is a small key hole on the outter side of the camps wall. It’s the wall right behind the house with the ring. If you decide on using it to enter the back entrance of his house, make sure you close it when you leave

Open the inventory menu, in the upper right corner it will show your xp bar and your level, below the level it says your rank. If it still shows you as a “defector” then you can still go to other factions. Also, If you just joined accidentally, then you can load a previous auto save from around 15 minutes before. Though I’m late to this reply, my apologies

Whats the best way to get to level 30? In level 21 with no side missions and I really just don't want to grind and I want to finish the game.

Hey, The best method I've found was buying natural elex and water to craft the small elex XP drink. I made a video on that which you could check out. I was also told in the comments that instead of using the travelling cleric merchant in my video, you could also use Knox, an Alb at the depot to buy from. That should hopefully pump you up near level 30. - Love the profile pic by the way, amazing series.
