While testing the deck for the previous Red Dragon Archfiend video, I tried out this variant. In my opinion, it's the strongest at the moment. It has great synergy and the Centur-ion lets you extend it quite well. Unfortunately, it doesn't use the new Infinite Forbidden cards.

At 5:30 you could have special summoned sweeper and gone into scarred and then a centur-ION synchro for a card draw and calamity lock next turn!

This is the only version of the deck where Calamity-locking the opponent is okay because it's thematic.

@@xynetoram Absolutely not, Crimson Dragon is fine, Calamity is the problem. No matter how difficult to summon is a monster, if the effect is broken, is broken, son it must go eventually. There are other more fair options like Shooting Quasar or Cosmic Blazar.

I just got done rebuilding my pure variant of RDA and it's looking good thanks to Red Lotus King. But dear gosh... Nothing beats a Calamity Lock. Centurion Red Dragon Archfiend is a whole new level of power. I don't even have the money for centuron cards. to expensive

Yeah summon quasar or sifr dragons. The lvl 12 stardust ones. They have powerful abilities and negates and even protects everything from destruction. Though calamity is better. Summoning Red Supernova Dragon is also a good choice with centurion as long as you have Red Zone activated, its a double board banish at that point

@@7.8inchwarrior The Centur-Ion engine will still be useful, however it will not be as powerful because they will no longer have access to the *turn* *skip* aka Calamity. Plus they are getting more support, so who knows if they get their own Calamity in the future.

Having many centurion card is good, if your soul reso gets shutdown, you have centurions as back up. In a 43 to 44 decklist, you can still run the 12 handtraps which is the minimum req usually for decks.

@@riptrojans7237 3 Soul, 2 Bone, 2 vision, 2 crimson, 1 synkron, 1 red res, 1 flame crime, 1 zalamander, 1 uvualoop, 3 crimson Gaia, 1 red zone, 1 red reign, 1 black goat laughs, 3 res call, 2 stone sweeper. That's for res engine. Centurion engine is 1 Trudea, 1 Primera, 1 stand up, 1 Wake up and 1 Phalanx. The rest is hand traps or board breakers to your liking. Extra deck is, 2 red rising, 1 kuibelt, 1 scarred, 2 of RDA, 1 abyss, 1 bane, 1 dis pater, 1 crimson dragon, 1 Auxilia, 1 red super Nova, 1 king calamity and 1 cosmic blazar and the 5th space is either a shooting star dragon or geo mathmech.

It would go into other level 12's like Blazar or Supernova. It's not a turn skip but it's enough a lot of the times with other interruptions.
