Extraordinary low water Selway trip. 11/11 would do it again. Bring lots of beverages and some sturdy footwear, you'll be good to go.

Awesome Video! I love the low water boating on the Selway! Only critique I have is that you called Ladle Rapid "Ping Pong Alley". Ping Pong Alley is around mile 9. Ladle is the 3rd major rapid in the "Moos Juice".

This looks so awesome! Now I gotta go see what the flows are after permit season and try to get something going!

I'm curious as to how in the hell you navigated above Running Creek with those rafts. I just returned from a Selway 0.4' trip (08/05/2023 launch). We were in canoes and IKs and it was pretty miserable above the pack bridge at Running Creek. Did y'all fly into North Star Ranch? A couple of trips that launched a few days before us had small catarafts and they had to be flown out of North Star Ranch and/or packmuled back to the takeout. PLEASE upload some of your video from the first 6 miles of the Selway at 0.6' - and perhaps a photo of the gauge at Paradise...

What size boats are these? We’re going late July and it’s gonna be loooooow. I’m looking at downsizing, so know the size of yours could help. Thx!

They were around 12-13ft. Low water selway is a fun and silly adventure. Things get better once you hit the moose juice. Bring some sturdy footwear, you'll be pushing rafts off of rocks often haha!

And we thought it was tough at 0.9'. We shoot yakers that don't go down first to provide safety for the rafts.
