Elgato 4K Capture Utility Not Recording

I have the HD60X. Same issue, no solution. Can't find recordings. Changed encoder to every option in the drop down. Still no recorded clips.

If youre using the hd60x it might be the damn card. Mine is doing the same thing on 4k cap but on obs its also only picking up like 1 frame every 20 seconds and no audio

I did the same thing but mine only seems to want to record for 30 seconds anything longer and the damn thing doesnt even make a file for it as if it wasnt recording.

i have the exact eXACT same prob, heres wat i found but i dont know how it can help. ty for ur help first of all. If the graphics card is being used by another app then the capture wont work cuz its taking priority. so dumb i too have a better graphics card as well exact same prob here. idk how to fix this

​@@edenshusaku3909 you need change the Video encoder, don't use the GPU, use software (built-in). 2:49 minute, dont exist another solution believe me
