thanks for the video supposed to be getting this later today and just wanted to see how good the quality was, this will be really great for recording my gameplay especially with the switch though im also interested in trying it with much more.

I did like you in the video, I just received mine today but I have nothing that wants to be displayed on OBS. You know what it can come from

Maybe try different USB Port on The computer or another HDMI cable, maybe that'll fix it? What device are you trying to capture?

got the neo this week, had to change some settings so it would actually show up and get the audio from the switch ( so new that there are almost no helpfull tutorials about it) maybe you could help me? for now i only can see the switch screen via OBS/streamlabs... but i dont have it on fullscreen on my desktop screen like you did.... any idea how to fix that?

Thanks for the question! It's actually the picture coming out of the capture card via hdmi so it has nothing to do with OBS. But I think it could be done some way.

Hello, I have the hd60s I would like to have your feedback on the neo And in terms of quality, is there a little latency or is it okay or does it remain quite powerful

Hi! I can't see basicly any latency in the picture coming from the capture device. I don't know if it is worth upgrading from HD60s, since I can't compare mine to that. Neo has passthrough up to 4K60hz HDR and 60Mbps bitrate, vs HD60s has I think 1080p60hz and 40Mbps bitrate. It's up to you!

Hey when you got the NEO is the light supposed to be flickering? I'm wondering because in my end it was and it showed no signal as well.

No, at least mine doesn't. It should be static white light. You should try another usb cable and make sure it has enough bandwith for capturing.

Hi! Yes it captures 1080p at 60fps and can passthrough up to 4K at 60fps!
