This is actually really good. You managed to capture not only the feel but the look of the show. Usually 2d to 3d look weird but this doesn’t. Also the amount of detail for outside was pretty insane . I am very impressed. Keep up the great work

There is so much to enjoy with all of the details you added, from the nods to the show like the Omelette Du Fromage tape to the scooter transport from the intro to the more obscure references like Charlie running around. However my absolute favorite is your treatment of the Dexo Robo. The sheen you put over it and the loading ramp attachments look fantastic. Your tease of showing Deedees room is quite an intriguing one, though. It's weird to see such scary stuff in a normally bright and cheery show, so it should be interesting to see your approach; especially considering your work on the Courage demo. If I had any suggestions for extra content, maybe some cameos by the Justice Friends, or the big Kaiju fight in the city? I mean, you already have a working giant robot, so perhaps an alternate skin of it as the Abraham Lincoln statue could be an option as well? I hope you continue making these games and showcases, as I always look forward to seeing them on KZbin.

I adore this. The construction, the movement, the atmosphere, the episode references, it all looks great and the vibe feels just right. 😁 This needs a lot more attention, you've put so much work in! I especially like the Dexter Mech - looks so proud, standing there. 😎 I have a little idea, should you continue this: A Major Glory action figure sitting around or maybe a Justice Friends reference, e.g. the title on the TV.

Exceptional work, the cel-shaded look is really stellar, especially in the house and lab. Outside it looks a little stranger with the extra lighting effects and the colors looking a little washed out. I'm really impressed with all the features and functionality in the lab. You've really made a nice playground to enjoy, although it is a little unfocused for motivating players to explore. The collectibles don't seem to have a purpose yet. I did notice in the video that there were a few visual issues when going between sizes that I'm sure you're aware of, like the HUD becoming blurry in the corner when small and Dexter resuming his normal size momentarily when grabbing atom collectibles. Something that would be nice to see is some effect from the size-changing ray when it is used, it looks odd to have the raygun pointed at the panel and no effect from it, like a glow from the ray or something. You've captured Genndy Tartakovsky's limited movement style pretty well, but I'd also really like to see Dexter show some more emotion or reactions to things.

Which is understandable: both yours and the Lego games approach encourage the player to explore and relive nostalgic moments.

This is incredible! I absolutely loved your first video and I'm so glad you continued development on this and added so much! I love your ideas for what you're thinking about adding in the future. The giant robot battles would be really cool. You could add various monsters from the series as enemies like Dee Dee or their mom or the monster versions of Dexter and Dee Dee. Maybe Badaxtra? As for characters and references, I love that you added Monkey both in and out of costume. Maybe Honeydew? Major Glory and the other Justice Friends? They could be little Easter eggs or you could include them on a TV or monitor. I would have loved a Dexter's Lab game like this growing up. I can't wait to see what you make next!

Gotta say this is pretty awesome. Reminds me of something you could see on one of the retro consoles, like the Wii U. Couple notes: - The bedroom for Dexter's parents is missing, I can't recall if they ever showed the interior but you could always make it inaccessible. - Don't know if you have a plan for them but the nuts the player collects could be used for say repairing things in the laboratory. As Dee-Dee runs around messing with his experiments Dexter needs to periodically repair them by spending nuts, or scrap parts he trades the nuts for. Maybe an invention that coverts them into scrap parts?

I remember this CARTOON! Dexter's Laboratory was a GREAT cartoon. Helped make the 90's truly great! Looks to be a fun game, if just to pointlessly screw around in and to RELIVE the cartoon. This looks to be VERY FUN and NOSTALGIC for everyone that grew up in that time, you should keep working on this!

Inventions off the top of the head: Action Hank beard, the hip hop robots, Dee Dee’s Imaginary Friend. I also think it’d be dope if Agent Honeydew was in it too (that’s a stretch though).
