Hola Alberto. You certainly know how to locate the best food in the state of hidalgo. I've learned not to watch your videos if I have not eaten recently. They make me hungry. You do a good job of showcasing these food fairs. Several days ago I left a comment under the video "Muestra Gastronomica Zempoala 2023". It was there for a day or so but has since disappeared. You've done a good job of filming Ixmiquilpan's parques acuaticos. How did Ixmiquilpan get so many? [I don't recall seeing any when I was in the area 50 years ago]. It would appear that Ixmiquilpan has more water in its pools than Monterrey has in its reservoirs. Did you find the film "Memorias de un Mexico" on KZbin? I thought it was very interesting. While reading about Tetepango in the "Catalogo de Construccions Religiosos del Estado de Hidalgo" I came across a copy of an old manuscript dated 1558. It was a history of the town, signed by Don Anttonio de Mendoza y Estrada---Testigo---Josep Perez---Don Juan de los Angeles---Gobernador Nicolas Suniga. As you can tell by the spelling of Anttonio words were spelled differently 465 years ago. The same thing happened with English.
