Looks like his boot got caught in between the shifter and the footpeg when his boot made contact to the ground causing his foot to bend instantly downward 😖

Can see his foot got pulled backward not up so it never came close to touching the achillies tendon. Maybe a broken toe or foot bone, or sprained ankle.
