I think that despite what Lari says, his dad is going to be supportive of Lari. His father might be surprised or even shocked at first, but the two seem so close, I think dad will eventually become Lari's strongest ally. Lari's dad will not want to lose the only family member he has. And even if Lari's dad does kick Lari out, Lari might then be forced to stay with Elias and Kateriina for a while :)

There is another series of videos, though it is more of a kids show called "Berts Dagbok" (Bert's Diary) about the misadventures of a young teenage boy in Sweden. As all shows geared toward young kids are, this is a bit silly, but given that it is only in Swedish, the silliness makes it easier to understand. Worth checking out.
