The writers have timed these events beautifully! Will Elias become seriously interested in Miska or will Lari stand up to his dad & at least try to claim his man before Elias becomes seriously not interested? No one in the story is perfect. Miska is almost too smooth. Lari has been the cowardly lion, even if for understandable reasons. Elias has waffled between too patient & too impatient. He deserves a smoother, braver lion. That's probably Lari in the end but could be Miska in the interim. This is the most interesting the show has been! Kiitos!

charles. stewart I'd like to see Elias' situation get not worse but more complicated, as in having 2 guys he likes. Going from Lari's unavailability to both Miska & Lari knocking on his door could be like rags to riches to chaos! Elias doesn't strike me, though, as a player who would date 2 guys for very long.

I think Miska is just adorable, and not only physically cute, but the character seems to be a very well adjusted young gay man. I think it'd be a real shame that he'd be put aside by the writers in favor of Lari the closeted and abusive muscle boy. I do so much hope I'm wrong. But putting aside my personal (and unimportant) wishes I think this soap is awesome in protraying real life gay teenagers' situations. I'd like to thank the writers and producers for it. And although we disagree about who Elias' boyfriend should be, I THANK you so much dear Miss because without your hard work I'd have never known (and enjoyed so much!) this. :)

On another note, he cared an awful lot about looking his best for Miska and was so happy the day after their date, I wonder how interested he really is in Miska. I make no predictions because, at the moment, I can't tell whether the show is character-driven or storyline-driven. Miska has the potential to spice things up, so I hope he doesn't end up as a poorly drawn plot device designed to show Elias that the kind of boyfriend he has long sought for Lari to be isn't exciting enough for him.

I love LariAs and hope they will get back together very soon. I agree with MissFinlandia who said Miska is not so challenging to Elias and very soon he'll understand Lari is the right one for him (I think he already knows that and he's just in denial, though). Besides, I want to applaud to Janne because he has gone so far in the gay friendly department. He's my favourite straight character in the show. He has grown so much and I think he's a very good friend to LariAs. Thanks Missy, I love you!

Love to see Elias finally with someone else. Some people are simply funny. When elias was chasing after Lari, they comment things like" elias just move on get a life". now elias is having a life, people start commenting, "poor Lari, i hate elias". Pick a side and stick to it!

I think deep down Elias is still in love with Lari but is afraid Lari will let him down again since Lari disappointed him so many times. Also that's why he doesn't really want to commit to Miska because he's not ready for another guy no matter how "perfect" he might be. Miska is a good rebound for Elias and kinda gets his mind off of Lari.

I don't think Elias is being cruel. He's easing his grief over his breakup with Lari by dismissing him as a hopeless case. And he has good reasons for thinking Lari is hopeless. He's probably wrong, but he doesn't know everything we know. We think Lari is about to stand up to his dad, but even we haven't seen that yet.

the new guy is quite good looking and confident. but i do not think it is possible for Elias to move on from Hot Lari that easily. it is been a long time since they started their relationship..........hope they will get back together and have a simple happy life together. Lari has a strong body to protect Elias from the danger, if he can start building up a strong heart to love Elias in a way Elias wants, they will be a perfect couple together, well, Elias should be more patient for his man though. Really love this storyline.....it is awesome.

Talking about a perfect representation of the teen experience--oh Janne! How many times did I do this as a kid, try to help without having all the information only to make things worse? He means so well, and his friends will forgive him and love him because of it. Still, I get the feeing his journey to adulthood is going be all about learning when to keep his mouth shut, poor guy.
