This melody is totaly from the Greek tradition in Asia Minor (Smirni) in Turkei today. The rythm and the Makam is greek mikra Asia (mikra asiatik). I'v played many many songs like this. So touchable thanks!

Please, can anyone tell what tuning her oud is in? The lowest note seems to be D but my oud is tuned D G A D G C (low to high) but I can’t seem to follow all her fingering in this tuning. Granted, I am just a beginner, though. The low D matches but trouble elsewhere. PLEASE help. Someone else asked as well. This is an incredibly beautiful song that inspires me to keep learning!
