Good afternoon My wife is a U.S. citizen and we have been married for three years. I came to 🇺🇸 on VWP on 2000 the i overstayed for about 20 years. Can I still get a green card?

If Alien number wasn’t provided during filing a I-485 , since I didn’t received a NOA2 when my fiancé petitioned was approved on June 1 2021 which my fiancé is already here, so now I’m filing my fiancé a AOS but I don’t have his alien number, will this be a big problem..?. Will this create a RFE..?
