Do people have to hunt for ECBP's? They are literally everywhere near me. Also, sometimes neck pours are great, then the center cut sucks. Very sad when that happens

Unfortunately, in my area, we only ever see 1 batch a year, and the 1 that we do get only 2 stores get them. Between the 2 stores, they might get 15 bottles each.
