Yeah for me I just reviewed and it lands in second place for me as far as the ECB go. It’s overly spicy but very delicious. I wouldn’t add water to it because it turns into like a habanero pepper juice. Only one that I like better than this one is C921. That’s my favorite so far. I do have C923 but haven’t cracked it just yet.

I am honestly waiting for a private barrel toasted at cask strength, which to my knowledge is coming soon, and Conor the master distiller on stream has said they're releasing a Toasted Rye this summer at 94 proof. Hopefully it will be around the same MSRP as the Toasted Barrel. I will gladly pay 55$-65$ for a Toasted Rye.

I would be curious how you rank this with Larceny B524. Seems like Larceny batches have been better than ECBP batches this year

I agree with your reviews for both ECBP batches this year. B batches is a stand out, while A is my least fav ECBP of all time.

Man I would love to know exact age used in these blended batches, yes we know the minimum age but we know they add in older stuff as well

For me personally ECBP always drinks a little hot, and I’m not afraid of barrel proofs. So if you remark about the heat, I’ll probably pass on this batch. If ECBP is prevalent in your area, it makes an amazing old fashioned. It’s a splurge, but it’s damn good

Still waiting for B524 in Indiana I thought A124 was just ok, I don't hate it or think it was a total disaster lol
