I love Elijah Craig. All offerings. The Barrel Proofs are outstanding, and as you mentioned with this, NOT everyday sippers. The 94 I have a glass very often. It's my go-to in winter when the temperature begins to drop.

I recently started going back to my favorite bourbons after playing with mostly different kinds of scotch, thanks to this channel, and I am very glad that I decided to pick up Elijah Craig. It's sweet at first, but as it sits and you sip, the intense wood oak flavors come out. This one is really good.

I was really excited when I read your comment. Then checked Northern European prices... Four Roses sb 25 euro (around 27 dollar) and Elijah Craig sb 37 euro (40 dollar). I guess Four Roses has better distribution out here.
