ok i cried 5x watchn this in one take. and in under 5mins. i truly miss elijah for all he sacrificed, from the original who never believed in love, it wasnt worth fighting for bc he surpressed his first kill who was his first love. tatia. every relationship he ever had, klaus destroyed by making elijah choose him over them, every time. when he met katherine, it was different, she reminded him of tatia. when he met elena, she reminded him of both. since moving on from katherine, we found out he was in love with aya, celeste, and gia then antoinette. however the only one who truly loved him, never lied to him, even at his worst was hayley. and that is why he chose her, he left her bc he couldnt bare the thought of living without her, by moving on, by accident ofc, he didnt rmmbr her as andrea. not until she thought he was there to save her, but it was to save antoinettes brother who kidnapped his only niece, and the daughter of his true love. the moment he got his memories back and rmmbr he was reason hayley died, faux-elijah had a chance to save the girl he thought was "andrea" the girl he danced with all those years ago. but he felt betrayed, so he decided to hurt his former-brother. basically faux-elijah was like an emotionless-elijah and technically it was partly marcel's fault, he told him his true name. everybody is partly to blame for what happened to hayley. even hope. but in the end, klaylijah died so hope could live. meanwhile, shes a loner in mystic falls. her aunts and uncles, adoptive brother/uncle too are hours away, and we never got that haylijah dance or klamille reunions in the afterlife. we got jaiden's but thats about it. tbh legacies is nothing like the first two shows, those actors only make cameos or guest star appearances, nothing more. now teamlegacies have to go to nola to save landon. i still think its either landon's mother or father that is the bigbad, or both. idky im still deciding. but if theres one thing i know about tvd and the originals. no one can compare delena/stelena or klaylijah anymore, bc handon and hafael have joined that chaos. idky its just weird watchn the twins have make out sessions. theyre 16 now but omg its weird. wish they didnt grow up, lol but elijah was my fave, and im pissed haylijah werent reunited

Where did u stop? Cuz a lot of stuff happened. Basically hope (klaus and Hayley’s daughter) got the hollow (some bad spirit) in her and the only way to get it out was to put it into four family members that are vampires. It had to go into klaus, Elijah, kol, and Rebecca. But the hollow also had this thing which was that the people who have the hollow in them can’t be near each other or else it will go back to hope. That meant that the originals can never see eachother or hope again. It was too hard on Elijah to never see his siblings again so he made Marcel compell him to forget everything and everyone. Seven years later, he falls in love with someone named antoneette and anonetts Mom kidnapped Hayley. Elijah doesnt care about Hayley so when klaus went to save Hayley and kill Antoinette’s Mom, Elijah had to dagger him so that he could save his mother in law. Hayley ended up dying along with Antoinette Mom but Elijah didn’t care. Then klaus kidnapps anoitnett and Elijah and bites Antoinette. Elijah made a deal with Klaus that he would get his memories bak if he heals Antoinette with his blood. He he’s his memories back and realizes what he did to Hayley. Since klaus and Elijah were near each other, the hollow was in them so klaus had to die to save hope. Elijah wanted to die with klaus to see Hayley in the afterlife. They both end up dying and it’s so sad cuz before they bpdagger eachother with the white oak they were like “it’s been a glorious ride” 😭😭😭 that’s h9w it ended

I feel like all of that could’ve been avoided if Marcel just made him forget everything except for him being a vampire. Cause then he would’ve never asked the girl( that he “loved”) for help and then when his family came he would’ve just went with them and Hayley wouldn’t die and everyone could be happy. 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Right?

None of this would have happened if Elijah was brave and strong enough to live with this, with his memory still intact. Instead, he tried to run away from who he is..and even though i love elijah, i will never forget him for that, for being a coward

But every goal has 2 ways to be achieved - a hard way which demands yiu to be brave and strong and an easy way which cowards choose. Instead of finding the will and strength to live away from the family, which way did Elijah choose ? Elijah chose the easy path. A brave man would have stayed away from family by fighting his instincts to go back to them. It was Klaus's daughter and we all know how much Klaus loved her. But did Klaus compel away his memories and his identity to stay away from his beloved daughter ?
