My love welcome to Dubai , I have been living in Dubai for 6 years plus. I think you’ve been misinformed about the housing payments. When the agents asked how many checks they meant it could be 12 checks, 6 checks, 4 checks, 2 checks, 1 check or even upfront cash payment if you have full cash. It all depends on the landlord. And it applies to yearly rentals. ( btw yearly rentals are cheaper than monthly).You only have to give the checks upfront not the actual money. So for example if you choose 4 checks, you have to pay your rent every three months this the whole year ends. And also there are houses that you can pay monthly rentals as well. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions. I would love to help you settle in. 🥰🥰

@@awwlexisa data breach affected the processing of medical claims for oat providers in the US recently. It delayed my payments for a month and I was already months behind on billing because of other massive changes I’ve made (and travel). AND I JUST hired an office manager and am paying her….really well. So HUGE financial fears came up. I had to effort SO MUCH to get control over my mind-prayer at my altar, prayer before bed and on the mornings, affirmations, meditation, vocal toning, lighting my candles, staying positive….my BODY was responding so strongly to the survival mode trigger as I watched my bank account dip dangerously low for the first time in years. April 1st comes and I’m needing to pay even more bills and payroll for my employee…Then….this week systems were a go again as the solutions were being found by these payment processing companies and suddenly my payments are rolling in-thousands of dollars that were owed to me. More to come. By the grace of God! I am learning so much from this. So many truths being revealed. Clearly I’m being given messages that I need to work on my relationship with money.
