I still maintain that it may be a joke about grandpa misunderstanding what cloud computing is and somehow using *SCIENCE!* to turn the internet into an aerosol form. That would still be intensely stupid, but at least it would be "bad joke" stupid, not "dead serious playing this straight" stupid, unlike everything else associated with that wretched comic.

I'd almost forgotten about this! The only movie I ever remember going to with just my Dad. We were walking through the mall to Sears, I spotted the poster and begged him to let me watch it. I was 10 and thought it was the most awesome thing I'd ever seen. I'm sure he hated it, but I'm sure glad he endured it for me.

When this came out on video it was always rented out at my video store, they didn't do reservations at the time so I spent 4 hours one day waiting at the place for it to be returned, it was well worth the wait.

I think I drew this movie when I was about seven, maybe ten. I really should have been paying attention in math class. Honestly this is one anthropomorphic frog away from being the best Chrono Trigger movie adaptation we'll ever get.

I’ve been looking for this movie for 30 years! I could never remember the title (I thought it was Exterminators, but that’s something completely different) and no one in my family knew what I was talking about when I described it, but I was sure I saw it as a kid. It got to the point where I convinced myself I made it all up in my head, so thank you for finally reminding me of this gem!

I remember renting this move with my friends back in the 80s! One look at the cover and we knew this was our type of movie! An intriguing detail was that the plot summary on the back of the rental VCR box did not match the actual movie. There were similarities, but described a completely different story. For example, it said the female scientist were looking for her missing children. The person who wrote it clearly never actually saw the movie. I've been wondering for 35 years how that could happen... Thanks for a great nostalgic flashback!

I saw this film on i's release and loved it, in later life was amazed to find this and a number of my other favourite movies were also written by Bilson and Demeo who are perhaps the most under rated writing team of the late 20th century.

Long time fan of your show, so I was thrilled when I saw the video store photo in the opening of this. That’s my movie store Black Lodge Video in Memphis, TN. We opened in the late 90s, have about 25,000 DVDs for rent, and are still open today. That photo is from our original location, I’d say it was taken around 2004. I remember watching this movie as a little kid, with my older brother, back in the 80's. As a kid, this movie was amazing and it has stood out in my memory all these years. But because I was a kid when I saw, I couldn't remember the name. For years I asked video stores about it, to see what movie it was, I did internet searches, but could never find it.
