I’m addicted to her music, and she’s in a niche/subgenre that I haven’t been able to distinctly identify. I’ve never heard anyone who reminds me of her, or anyone she reminds me of (well, other than Sasha Sloan, but that’s only because I discovered Elina while listening to Sasha’s “station” on Apple Music). I love that Elina is so unbelievably unique, and I, too, selfishly enjoy the fact that 99.999999% of people on the planet have never had the absolute honor of enjoying the indescribable feeling that most people seem to experience when they hear her soothing voice🤫😊 **All being said, I want her musical career to get as big as she hopes for. She certainly deserves it, but she also strikes me as someone who doesn’t necessarily want to become “famous”. Considering that she’s rubbed shoulders with numerous big time artists, I’m sure she’s had more than a glimpse of the negative things that fame inevitably leads to for most artists. Then again, some artists can make millions while somehow managing to remain relatively unknown (for instance, my favorite rap artist goes by the name NF, and even with his last two albums having debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 200 Albums Chart, with his last one beating out Chance The Rapper’s latest album, he claims that he and his wife still manage to travel and live a relatively normal life without people constantly recognizing them, begging him for autographs, wanting to take pictures etc) That’s what I would wish for Elina if she eventually makes it big. I’m rambling, so let me end with this. She’s a treasure who deserves all the success and everything else in life that she’s ever hoped and dreamed of. So although the selfish side of me wants her to remain undiscovered by almost everyone on the planet, the other side of me just wants her to be happy, healthy, content, and loved.
