Elissa was very sensitive and had premonitions and spiritual experiences as a child. Judaism then Christianity were practiced in early adulthood.
An interest in Non-Duality emerged around 2016 and the teachings of Lester Levenson. Laura Lucille, Joel Goldsmith and Rupert Spira were most prominent. Passing through the "gateless gate"occured many months ago, but was fully accepted in early 2023.

Thank you, this is a lovely conversation. I had this too, the moment when I saw that everything had always been perfectly unfolding. And how it is always perfectly unfolding. It's interesting the conversation around the emotional release. In Julie's story, after self-realisation, there was energetic contraction in the body that were stuck. I was led by intuition to inquire deeply and feel deeply the turmoil of all of it. But the huge difference is that because it was done after self-realisation, I never took it as an effort to get to perfection, I did it from the perfection. From deeply loving the character and being led by intuition. This was done from effortless being/wisdom body. And I am so glad that I did allow myself to follow intuition deeper into the emotional realm, because in me there was an incapacity to live the seeing, the trust was not fully there. This revealed to be perfect as everything always is. So I love the fact that you brought this into the conversation and the difference between doing this from effortless being vs believing that we have to effort to dig everything. I call this “integrate as you go”, so the movement of life is natural and what need attention is given care and love when it show up with the light of our being. I feel that it depends of from where we are looking from when this is done. When it is done from the knowing that we are the light instead of done as a person trying top become light it is divinely powerful and such an action of love. As the contraction dissolve in the light of our being, it becomes so clear that everything is that light, appearing as “something”. And I adore the light and the dimmer analogy, how clear this is, thank you for sharing this.

@@elissac5428 Thank you, Elissa, I also love what was said in the conversation about us retrieving our investment. This is really it, we start to retrieve investment in finite energy and sometimes it has to be done in multiple retrieves. But that is all well because once we know we are the light, there is no going back to being in total ignorance. The light shines and everything is revealed. Life becomes like unfolding a never-ending gift. After listening to your conversation I wrote this text this morning. I am the light Pure energy There is only that, energy The finite realm needs my energy to exist Any time I identify I create that story As I project it outside with words, I get it back as an experience. At some point, the link that feeds finite is switched off or unplugged completely. It may take some time, even if time is an illusion. At first, the light may seem so bright that it takes time to adjust. So we may close our eyes and may seem to go back in the dark a bit and re-emerge. Have no shame if your eyes close again and open again even if this produces the impression of the light blinking. The light is not blinking, blinking is the illusion created by identification with thoughts. You are still the light, nothing can ever change that. If feeling the feeling is what is needed, then feel the feeling fully and you will discover that the feeling is empty, it is just a feeling. At some point, you will not close your eyes anymore and will be standing in the light that you are naked but without shame. Do not fear darkness it has no power, it has power only if you allow it to drink at your source. You are the source of power. With Infinite love, Julie
