Much of EAC plots have been bought already. Putting up those structures are no child's play. My advice for you is to never wait as you cannot decide for land owners in EAC when and what to do with those lands.

Nigeria is good only at conceptualization but not in actual realization. Its been 20 years only 5 buildings erected and most of the units there are vacant. Its still a ghost town my dear. Nugeria is too poor to dream this big. Doing things they cannot affor to realize during their lifetime. 😂

During nightime those buildings are mostly dark where are the people? How can they fully booked these conceptualize buildings that 98% of these are still on their imagination?
