Thanks so much for this insight. I was so desperate to find a kendo jidai last year when i was in Kyoto. I found exactly this edition at Tozando but they couldnt sell it (they bought for showing usage). I was very sad when i went back home from my trip not having found a kendo jidai in Kyoto. But especially this edition i really love. Thanks again for sharing im very greatful.

I practice sport chanbara and my teacher used to be a kendoka this is why some exercices we do look same like those ones
can I use this for training at home? I love a busy life and can’t go out that much.

I feel like training at home will never give you that mental and physical strength to push yourself like it would in the dojo

@@G3minee That is not necessarily true (at least not for all exercises). As for suburi, it can be practiced with the same intensity, the only thing that is needed is attitude, as in everything.
