Is this common Japanese sports man of getting stronger??? Because these are almost the exact way I did during my training in kyokushin karate years back.

Rakoom Boom one sensei told me if I want to improve kendo I can practice some karate. General ideas are similar I guess. 🤔

There's only so many ways the human body works. Of course there will always be some overlap with different sports

I'm afraid I tell you that trainings like these are very common in Japan. Although these young people seem that they are training properly and hard, these workouts are anything but correct scientifically. they are well players of KENDO, which doesn't mean that they are strong but tells us that others are too weak. I'm Japanese. that's why I'm not good at English. If you find some mistakes in this sentence, I apologize to you

@@しやはいとと they really work hard. Im from latín América, but my judo sensei was old school (like 70+ years and directly taught by japanese sensei) and made us do this kind of excercize all the time. So It may be outdated, but its effective. Its scientiffically correct, just obsolete and less efficient. Your english is very good. And i must congratulate you for It. And Hope k can express myself clearly and if i dont, i apologize.

Why do they speak during weight training? It is dangerous because their abdominal pressure is not applied.
