Jackie chan really did all the fighting in the movie suffering from some mental disorder which made him talk and argue with himself, but idk why some villains were knocked out without even fighting jackie, its like some invisible force knocking them out.

So the bad guy's big plan is to fill up huge tanker ships full of oil and then jet out of there in a hurry... or more likely exactly what happened is that a significantly faster military boat can simply catch up and board the oil tankers stopping the heist.

I think this is meant for the Chinese market, since all the comedic scenes have several characteristics of Chinese comedy movies. Wacky plots but enjoyable if you turn off half of your brain.

This is news to me 'cos I don't keep up with social media, but after looking this up online apparently he's net worth is $5million. He became a "born again Christain" and 'cos of this he said he won't use profanity in films or comedy routines which will be interesting if it's true since he's working on the "Rush Hour 4" film, with trailers & teasers already released. I can't imagine him not swearing unless they introduce him as a reformed coprolalia which could be made to keep the comedy factor in the show (just my thoughts).
